Excellent service throughout and very pleased with ieGeeK products.

Easy to install & set up with SD card. I have this on an upper windowsill outside the front of my house. The night vision is excellent quality. You can rotate the camera from the phone App. I have found that it doesn’t always record everything, occasionally it will miss me leaving the house altogether. The standard setting for video recording length is six seconds, which isn’t long enough, so I changed this to Auto so that it records all movement whilst it is happening. I get about 10-12 recordings a day. I don’t have the notifications setting on. And I have found with this, on a full charge i am only getting 6 or 7 days until I have to recharge. Which is disappointing. This may be that it has been very very cold and this has affected the battery. All in all, a good quality camera.

good clear picture good value easy to install but for me the bracket is not very good feels lose and theres no siren on the app like others otherwise great lettle camera for small areas

Great camera easy to charge if you buy a 5m usb cable plug it in then you dont need to take the camera down easy wifi connection when you download the geek app there is a socket underneath the camera to charge it good size looks good I feel safer now with winter nights coming plus the price is great I bought two

Great camera. Good quality and value for money. Very easy set up and used. Connects well with the WiFi and alerts me of any movement on my property giving me peace of mind. The ieGeek team are extremely helpful and clearly value there customers. I own 3 different ieGeek cameras and couldn’t recommend them enough.

For the price this has been an excellent buy and not to difficult to set up.

I purchased these to give me some peace of mind while working and leaving my Aunt at home alone for several hours a day. These had easy to follow directions and tiny enough to put anywhere without being in the way. The app is great and has several features that I won’t ever use. I mainly want to make sure that if she falls down I will see it ASAP. I bought two but will be getting one more just to have more coverage.I did try the speaker on them and the alarm and neither one was very loud. There might be a volume somewhere but I didn’t look because I don’t need it anyway.I do recommend them.

A really good camera. Bought this as we really don't trust our neighbour behind us. Quality is great, very easy to install and set up. Unfortunately I'm not able to hook up to my alexa but that's not a problem at all. I need to work out how to save anything to the memory card but I will grab the instructions when I can be bothered

One of the 2 cameras failed to function during a software update. We contacted iegeek and explained the problem. Their tech team were very helpful but the fault could not be resolved. Iegeek sent a replacement camera, when they established it was behind repair. Good customer service and products.

Brilliant camera. I have five igeek cameras and it’s the only make I have always been very happy with And igeek customer service is 5 star they are extremely helpful

Great little camera. Clear images. Only had a few days so can’t report on battery life. Easy to install.

I had problem with the setup (I was not reading instructions properly). I contacted iegeek by email, the responce was very quick, which is impressive.The camara qualty is excellent and so far battery life is very good. Good value for money, I recommend this product.

I had my camera's for 2 years and it still stands strong, the battery it lasts very long and the picture quality is good. Good product!

The customer service is one of the best in the industry. They will bend over backwards to help. I had an issue with my 1st camera which was resolved with a replacement and the communications with the ieGeek representative were first-class and very helpful

Why did you choose this product over others?:This security camera is excellent, it is a fantastic value for money. I needed a security camera quickly, and the setup was so simple. Especially with the help of the providers, as I had an issue with the camera joint, which they helped resolve. Would definitely look into the other cameras they have. Love how you can pan the camera side to side and talk to people through it.

I really like how easy it is to take the camera on and off the mount when you need to charge it. The set up was easy and fast! The video quality is great!

Works well with fantastic image. It didn't have AOV 24/7 recording available. So not what I need.

This device is simplicity itself to install and provides great coverage in almost any situation. Great definition video and lighting makes this a great detection and deterance. The battery usage is good and should last for a month in a low detection environment. Great value.
