I received this item and was very pleased with the initial purchase in respect of value for money.Unfortunately, the unit developed a problem after approx 6 weeks but, most importantly, igeek Customer Service really delivered a first class after-sales solution to the problem. They were exceptionally communicative, helpful and sent out a complete new item without delay.Guarantees and after-sales are as important as initial purchases in my opinion, and I am happy to confirm by way of this review that the service I received was 100% positive.

WOW,!This is the second i've bought, one for my home and one for my moms. The app is simple to use, and allows me to have both cameras on the same app.Picture quality is very clear 5MP. The sound from Intercom can break up slightly but if you hold the phone far enough away from your mouth it improves.Has some great settings on board, auch as Human detection and AI of you subscribe.Easy to install and setup. ( for sharing, adding another cam, tip is to think it in reverse, you share the app not the devoce!)All in all this kit is brilliant, would highly recommend.

So far it seems to be a great product, bearing in mind your internet router needs to be fairly close. Pefect if you do not want to pay monthly subscriptions, you can have 6secs per motion alarm for free using their cloud or unlimited if you install an SD card in it (not included) like myself. Reason for the missing 🌟 is the picture aspect ratio advertised as 4:3 , to avoid disappointment please do not espect this.... it is definely a 16:9 which forced me to install it slightly tilted down. Apart from that, day and night picture is really good and having the extra chime in the house is an other plus.

So easy to set up, very clear picture on my phone from the camera. The reason for 4 stars is the slight delay for it to show the view on the live feed. Happy with it though and feel more secure 😊

Good but you missed the voice message

Very happy with my purchase. Easy to setup and fantastic pictures. I can view clearly at 5mp who is calling & speak to them via an app. No monthly subscription either, all recorded on SD card with the option of cloud recording for a small fee. The doorbell needs to be charged approx every 2 months. It also comes with a portable speaker that acts as a ringer and intercom plus all the necessary screws/tape to fix. Great purchase and no complaints!

Great camera does everything you want from a doorbell

Value for money piece of kit! Clear coverage. Good battery life compared to the market leader. Two way sound is good quality. Would buy again.

A replacement for my previous model as I broke the reset button on my old model by accident works extremely well and I am happy with it

I am very satisfied with this purchase. The ieGeek 5MP Doorbell Camera arrived on time and exactly as described. Setup was straightforward, and the video quality is excellent. I appreciate that there's no subscription required, and it works seamlessly with Alexa. The 2-way audio and PIR motion detection features work well and add a strong layer of security to my home. Overall, it's a great value for the price, and I would definitely recommend it.

After a frustrating time with a rapidly depleting doorbell camera battery, I contacted ieGeek customer support on a Sunday, not expecting any response until the following day. Almost immediately I received an email asking me to supply details of the problem. This I did and after a few subsequent emails to answer further questions, which were responded to just as quickly, my case was escalated to the service group who immediately authorised a replacement doorbell camera. This arrived on the following Thursday. I am absolutely amazed by the quick response and positive action by the ieGeek team. The new camera is working well so I hope the initial problem was just one of those things. My opinion is that if a fault is actioned promptly, then I am completely satisfied. Thanks IeGeek!

Exactly as described, true to size with the added bonus of having no subscription fee makes it an "awesome" purchase... Just pop in a memory SIM card and it will record all events as per your settings. There is also the option to use a basic free cloud service which will suffice or purchase a monthly plan of your choice. In the box you have everything required to secure to the wall with basic instructions. Depending on your settings, location and weather conditions will greatly reduce the battery charge, it's just "trial and error" to find that right balance and the battery charge will last for some considerable time. An "outstanding" feature is it's ability to record night event's with such clarity you would think it's day time . With it's two way communication and mobile app settings you can talk or see anyone with ease. Another "outstanding - feature " is it's compatible to connect with your " Alexa " for you to view or talk from the comfort of your armchair. Well worth the purchase with all the trimmings at an affordable price .

A great doorbell camera that does what is advertised. The customer service from iegeek is brilliant and the cloud payments are reasonable. Battery life is good too.

'It does exactly what it says on the tin'!Very easy to install, easy to monitor in the app, functions really well, fantastic battery life. I've had this product for 4 months and in very satisfied with it.Having this doorbell and able to receive alerts even on the otherside of the world is very reassuring - especially when needing to keep an eye on callers due to concerns for housebound loved one.I recommend this product.

Made a good choice with this door bell

The picture quality is exceptionally good. Has a wide angle area as well you can see a 160 degrees. The night vision is also really good.

Excellent ringdoor and true to its description it is totally free, I went on to buy the camera as well for out my back, customer service Excellent as I couldn't find out how I extend the warranty so I e-mailed customer service would sorted it out and extended my warranty for me, would highly recommend 😀

Connect good working well

I bought the doorbell Iegeek J9 at the beginning of January and it turned out to be faulty. After talking to the service staff, the problem was solved very quickly. Very quick answers and nice service. Now the doorbell works as it should. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. Quality: It feels sturdy and well-made. I recommend.

Great camera, good image quality, only disadvantage I find is when you need to charge the battery you need to take the whole camera off and you are uncovered, battery life not sure as haven't got it long ago.
