So far this has been the best blessing of our house. Sincerely.I am so happy to have exactly what I wanted in a security camera: Free from subscription, Easy to understand, Easy to setup. I got all pf that with this company and their products.The solar panel, when placed in the correct positioning, has given my camera full life and the capturing of images is easily stored with a MICROSD inside the camera, and of course connectivity to WiFi. It goes straight into my phone.The app is very easy to use. I can turn on and off the lights of the camera, set a sound alarm and move the camera around very easily.From where I set it up, its hard to make out very descriptive details of a person but it does give me enough information that I need like general descriptions of a person, what they’re at the house for, etc. This helps a lot when I need to schedule when to get back to receive packages.This is a GREAT security tool and I hope it helps you too!

This ieGeek outdoor security camera has a lot of upgrade features that my previous cameras do not have. It now offers 24/7 recording as opposed to only recording when detecting movement. It also now tracks subjects which is a nice higher end feature. When a subject walks into the set view area of the camera, the camera will rotate and turn any direction it needs to (360 degree coverage!) to follow that person as long as it can. Once the person leaves the field of view, the camera will rotate back to its original position to continue monitoring the set position. Very cool! The only negative is all of these features take up more battery power. Although I haven't had the time to test thoroughly, I'm concerned during the dark and short raining days of winter in the PNW, if the battery can last long enough until the sun comes out a month or two later. My other ieGeek cameras had no problem as a fully charged battery could last for months. Time will tell if this is an issue. The software is the same as before, for no monthly fees you can record any movements onto a micro SD card (not included) and review them at any time. It will also send movement push alerts to your phone and of course you can always view the camera and control its rotation and direction at anytime from anywhere. For a small subscription fee, (as low as $3 month) they provide various services such as cloud recording as storage along with AI recognition to discern between people, animals, vehicles, packages, flame, and even can detect a person falling. This camera has so many features including those that are free and priced much less than less capable brand name cameras, I am a huge fan of these.

I love all these cameras! The app is easy to use and to install cameras. They move, they have night vision, the rotate, a best of all the app is FREE! Now if you want storage you can use SD cards with the cameras so that’s nice. And there are in app options ect. I absolutely am thankful for these cameras. They make checking on our horses a breeze. I can always take a peek at them when not at house. Recently (not pic posted) my mare kept laying down. I was able to watch her from cameras and made choice to head in early and check on her. I came home to a horse in pain and thanks to the cameras we caught a potentially deadly colic with an impaction in time.

The ieGeek S7 AOV has been a solid addition to my outdoor security setup. I now have 8 ieGeek cameras and with the addition of a 5W solar panel and 24/7 recording means I haven’t had to worry about battery levels or downtime. Even during cloudy stretches, the panel kept the camera powered without issue. Image quality is clear both day and night, and the 360° PTZ range gives excellent coverage without blind spots. Motion detection has been accurate in my testing, with fewer false alerts than I expected for a camera in this price range. The setup was straightforward, and the app interface is easy to navigate. I appreciate having both local and cloud storage options, especially for long-term recording. The build quality feels durable enough for year-round outdoor use.

A very good company. I have bought 2 different types one with WiFi & one with 4g. I was sent wrong one on second order but it was soon rectified & they were so quick . Totally recommend these

Smooth ordering, fast delivery. Would be very useful if ieGeek offered the high-spec SD cards on their site as part of a bundle. We struggle to find the 4 we needed and paid £260 for them😭
Installation was straightforward, system and app work well once you get used to it.

Had IeGeek Fixed cameras for years around my rural property
After reading up on 360 Tracker, I ordered four as distance was better and tracking movement gave more reassurance of catching and identifying trespassers.
Satisfied with new S7 Camera model, that I’ve ordered another two, to replace old fixed ones

Very good cameras for the price!

I'm going to give it a five star because the camera did work as it should. I had to send it back because it wouldn't connect to our wifi where we wanted to mount it. Too many trees. Really liked the solar panel. It was more of a tile than a panel. Initial setup was fast and easy. App was user friendly. Really wanted the color black, so not too disappointed I had to return it.

The camera set up quickly and connected to my Wi-Fi without any issues. The solar panel keeps the battery charged even on cloudy days, though full sun still works best. I think that there is a reserve because it worked even during rainy days. The all around view and auto tracking caught movement across my yard clearly, and night vision showed colors better than I expected. I noticed the app sometimes takes a few seconds to load the live feed. Position the solar panel where it gets direct sunlight for the longest time.

I have numerous ieGeek cameras in my home as baby and dog monitors and I'm continuously impressed with them. After trying several other monitors, I haven't found any with the reliability and free functionality of ieGeek. This outdoor camera is a fantastic addition to my security fleet! I love that it includes recording, notification, and viewing without a costly monthly subscription fee like most other platforms. Note: I believe you need to provide and install a microSD card to store video recordings on the camera for these functions to record continuously, otherwise it's just live viewing. The video quality is decent and it has a nice viewing field, but it's even better that the camera is able to move around to view different areas of the property and even follow moving subjects. The battery lasts several days without any additional solar charging, but we are still working to figure out how long it lasts in Michigan winters (long enough is my answer for now). I think the cost is on par with other security cameras.

Works great better than expected

It's okay. Just the cost of it. You would think it would have better pictures and videos. Price was a little high for the quality of camera.

This camera checks a lot of boxes — solar powered, 24/7 AOV recording, PTZ coverage, auto tracking, AI detection, local storage, Alexa support. Setup was straightforward and the solar panel keeps it charged without needing to mess with it constantly, which is definitely a plus.

I bought 2 of these cameras early fall of last year(2025). They work great and we're easy to install. My only complaint is during a deep freeze(we live in western New York) the charging slow to nonexistent. Don't get me wrong with gloomy weather they charge fine, until 5 degrees or below.

We just completed a whole-house renovation project and added two Ring cameras to the front door and side door, but we were looking for a security camera that would cover the back of our house. We didn't need it to be a doorbell, too, and we didn't have an electrical outlet in the spot where we hoped to place the camera. That's why this solar-powered security camera really appealed to us. Also, I didn't want a battery-only-powered unit, as I don't want to have to maintain my security camera.This unit is weather resistant, which is important for us because it's going to be completely exposed. Time will tell if it holds up. But the exposed nature of the spot will also mean that the solar panels should keep the unit fully charged.I had my husband set up the unit using the app. He said it was a little clunky and the instructions were confusing but he eventually got it to work.One of the things I personally appreciate about this unit is the micro SD storage. I'm really irritated by the Ring doorbells I bought because they require a cloud subscription that I refuse to pay for and they have no local storage. You can either catch your porch pirate in real time, or forget about it.Like the Ring, however, this unit has motion detection and app alerts which will help us monitor activity in the yard, and the continuous recording feature means that nothing will get missed.

I have this camera set up the furthest from my house out of all the cameras. It really works great. It was very easy to set up on the iegeek app and it has a wonderful strong signal. The picture looks amazing.

Although this is a 2k system, it works very well and had great night vision. The PTZ camera is very easy to add and works with your ieGeek account. Its solar panel provides plenty of power. I've not had the camera run out of power the last few weeks. Its simple to use and connection is very easy. ieGeek has a great app with plenty of features and notifications. Good functional camera at a decent price.
