Very good system and easy set up. However finding it difficult to to have two smart phones connected to the system

it is incredible such a good product is so relatively cheap compared to other similar systems on the market. this system itself is amazing, easy to install and set up, image quality is excellent in all conditions. has a 2tb HDD, which is plenty of storage. also comes with 4 cameras that can pan and tilt (not zoom though), each with 18m of cable, a template for drilling holes and the plugs and screws. I also bought an extra 2 cameras - the description doesn't make it clear but the additional cameras do not come with any cable so you need to buy that separately.The app is also easy to use and works well, I have it constantly running on a tablet in my office, never crashes or has any delays after weeks of continuous use.I was also pleasantly surprised with how good the ieGeek customer service was. I had a problem with the NVR making a lot of noise, they were immediately responsive to all my messages, and very quickly arranged and sent out a replacement for me, which works perfectly. They even then checked in with me that everything was ok after that. Cannot recommend this product and brand highly enough.

Very pleased with the purchase!The system has only been up for a few days, and I am still learning how to use it fully, but so far I am very impressed.Picture quality is clear and sharp, even at night, in colour and black and white!2 way intercom is a good feature, over the intercom, I told my partner she hadn't parked straight... she wasnt as impressed as I was!Auto tracking works well, I've been walking around my garden watching the cameras follow me!But my favourite feature has to be the alarm and flashing lights at the push of a button... used to scare off a very persistent door ti door salesperson whilst I was in the bath!App works well and is easy to set up and control cameras.Finally, they are really good build quality and look expensive when set up.Easily 10/10

Great product, loaded with features, picture quality excellent day and night. The AI tracking, give the add feature someone is monitoring the camera, love it. I am recommending the camera systems to friends and family.

One of my cameras went out. They replaced it easily. The system works great. Very clear

Very happy with what’s in the box and the picture quality’s really quite good during the day. NVR connected up to a 2K monitor, plus everything connected via the ieGeek cam app. I did basic checks of all the components on my desk to make sure everything worked before going ahead with mounting all four cameras, running cables up external walls, through the attic and back down to our home office. So far so good. Content that all was connected up and still working, I went ahead and configured each camera with the settings I wanted through the NVR software and set it all running.Roll on to the next day and this is where I noticed some of the niggles. Firstly, despite setting all cameras to use black and white night vision with infrared lights, only two of the four actually did. The one covering the driveway was totally dark all night whereas the one on the same corner facing the back garden and the one on the opposite corner facing the patio and back door worked as expected. The one covering the front of the house stayed in colour all night, not sure if this is because there is one single dull streetlight in the cul-d-sac or not.Another niggle is that despite setting monitoring zones, and I can only find a way of setting one zone per camera unlike the one item pictures from the vendor, the camera at the front of the house appears to ignore the set zone. Resulting in every car using the cul-d-sac as a place to turn around, all the comings and goings of many trade vehicles working on a nearby property and the numerous delivery vehicles dropping off every day triggering a notification to my phone. On Friday this amounted to 98 separate notifications from just one of the four cameras!No amount of resets has made a blind bit of difference to either of the above issues.It also looks like there limitations in the ieGeek cam app too, with some settings and the ability to delete recorded events only being available in the NVR software, unless i have missed something.If it wasn’t for all the niggles, I would have given a higher rating. The key message for anyone else buying this set is, don’t make the same mistake I did, fully test it over a number of days on a bench or desk setup, including all the features you want to use, before you even think about ploughing on with a permanent installation. Otherwise like me you will have the dilemma of living with some wonky issues or the pain of ripping apart all your hard installation work so that you can return it. Having installed it during the recent heatwave, I can’t face doing that, so i’m stuck with a set that I am not one hundred percent happy with and being a few hundred quid out of pocket!Update 16/07/2025: Having spent a bit more time working out the NVR software I am much happier with my purchase. Here are some of the things I figured out which were not obvious from the manual. I turned off standard motion detection and just use the AI detection for the types of objects I want each camera to detect, figured out how to draw the detection zones within this AI detection screen and completed a couple of resets on each camera which appears to have sorted the initial infrared issue. I also have to praise the IeGeek customer service team for a quick response to an in related question. Based on everything in this update, I am would now have no qualms in recommending this system to anyone considering buying it.

Had this system installed by a security system installer all went well until adding the nvr to the network. Contacted the seller for support. All contact was thru email and how to videos. In the end seller was attenative to my needs and promptly suggested a replacement system or a full refund.

It's an amazing product. Very good value and easy to install. This CCTV comes with fantastic picture quality. Especially the mobile APP, you can check CCTV and historical records at any time, and you can also communicate with the person on the other side of the camera in real time through the mobile APP. I bought it last year, and I found a problem very early, that is, when I check CCTV, I can hardly hear the conversation in the video clearly. Recently, I contacted the customer service with the intention of giving it a try, and I didn't expect them to be so excellent. The customer service is very responsible. They responded very promptly and helped me solve the problem responsibly. This is best after-sales service ever I had. Their team is very excellent.

Edit: I'm changing this review because I figured out a lot of things since I reviewed this. If you turn on AI push notifications you will get a list of pictures on your app showing your people pets packages or vehicles and they have time stamps. NVR was recording 24/7 by default if you turn this off it will only record motion events and you won't have to dig through hours of footage to find what you're looking for as I had stated in my previous review. And because the AI generated pictures have a timestamp in them you could have just gone to that part of the video anyway even if it recorded 24/7. And while I'm still disappointed that there isn't a good way to watch the cameras while sitting at a computer I have found that an Android emulator with the app installed will allow me to watch the footage on a computer. It's not an easy work around and you have to be a bit tech savvy to get it to work. As I had stated in my previous review the AI is nothing short of amazing. I've had many security camera systems since 2012 and this is the first one where the camera would notice a person and actually turn and follow them. I'm attaching a picture to this review where I sat at the bottom of steps and barely moved and the camera that I was sitting at the edge of turn directly toward me. Then as I was editing this review earlier a cat walked through my backyard and I got a notification from the machine because I had turned on ''app push'' (notifications).The Windows app on the ieGeek website requires a UID, but after hours of looking on the equipment and through the interface (on the TV and Android app) I cannot find this info. I contacted ieGeek and they said they don't have a Windows app. The NVR is very fast and the AI is amazing.

Very easy to i stall, the cable connections are so good,easy and weather proof. The picture quality is superb with settings for cameras to track motion. Motion is highlighted on the HD playback. Fantastic system at a fantastic price. AAA+

Cameras are great trackers, use BlueStacks 5 if you want to use ieGeek Cam on Windows PC.

We have had them set up for about a month now! They work great and easy to navigate in the app. The only issue I have had is we can’t figure out how to change the time on the app, so it’s an hour off. Also, we have turned the sensitivity down and it still picks up certain things as the wrong detection (ex: rain picks up as an animal/motion detection). However I would rather it pick it up than not! I am very pleased with these cameras

This certainly gives us peace of mind. Easy to install. We purchased memory cards for each of the cameras in case the box was ever stolen.Clear pictures and sound which allows to to communicate with people easily if needed from where ever you might be.Good value for money.More than happy with this product.
