This baby monitor has been an amazing purchase, and the customer service has been even better. It’s incredibly convenient and gives us real peace of mind, letting us easily keep an eye on our little one while he sleeps day or night. When the baby accidentally broke the monitor, the support team guided me through the entire process of getting it resolved. They were attentive, patient, and genuinely helpful.We now have three cameras set up, though the monitor currently supports only two at a time. That’s the only limitation I’ve noticed, and I hope a future software update will allow more cameras to be linked simultaneously as I'd love to cover our home with more ieGeek cameras. Though note that the app supports more devices.The system itself is very easy to use, and the full 360° view makes it simple to see every corner of the room. I also love being able to log in while I’m at work to check in on the baby. The app also allows multiple folks of your choosing to connect to the cameras - my husband and I both connect when the carer would have the monitor. The cameras and the monitor also feel high quality.Highly recommended. 100% worth it.

Worked well on my phone when I had to be away for a work trip. Was very easy to setup. I watched the baby and sitter on my phone. From my phone I could move the camera all around to see them almost anywhere in our first floor. The second camera was in the bedroom and I could watch the baby at night. Sound is good. I even used the intercom to speak to the sitter once and she could hear me clearly. Night vision is much better than the more expensive one I had. The display is next to my nightstand and I can clearly see and hear the baby at night.

Camera quality is very good. The battery on the monitor isn't great, would need to charge it daily, or leave it plugged in overnight to be sure it'll last. The temperature recorded on the monitor seems pretty accurate which we find helpful. We also like that it lights up when baby makes noise so you don't have to leave the display on all the time

I ordered this one a while back and the power button on the display would stay pressed down and then eventually would not turn on at all. I reached out to ieGeek and they sent me a replacement camera and display. Great customer service.

I bought this baby monitor while I was expecting my second baby but did not open it until months later after baby was here. The antenna on the monitor was broken and it was past the return window. But there was a sticker on the monitor advertising a 2 year warranty for the product so I reached out to customer service and they immediately sent a replacement. They even followed up with me to make sure I received it. Best customer service ever, I would order any of their products again just for the customer service.The camera/monitor itself was very easy to set up and did not take long at all. The app is user friendly and takes you step by step to connect to the cameras. The picture is crystal clear, better than my previous monitor. The only thing I wish I could adjust is the sound sensitivity. It picks up every move my baby makes it seems and sends me notifications throughout the day and night. There could be that function but I just haven’t found it yet, will continue looking for it.

I highly recommend this baby monitor because it is super easy to install and use, and it also provides high-quality video and a storage function with SD cards, which you hardly find with other baby monitors. You can also use your phone as a second monitor after downloading its app. My family loves traveling, and I've brought this monitor and camera set with us. Once you pair them, you don't need to pair them again or reconnect to wifi or anything when you use them at a different site.In addition, they provide great customer service. From a recent international trip, my baby monitor got damaged during the trip. I was frustrated when I found out because I had used the monitor literally every single day. Fortunately, it was still under the warranty coverage, so I sent an email to their customer service, and they responded to me quickly and sent me a new monitor within a week. Of course, while I was waiting for the new monitor, I could still monitor my baby with the app on my phone without a problem. I was deeply impressed by how quickly and efficiently they provided the support that I needed. I am so happy to use the baby monitor again. If you are considering buying a new baby monitor, ieGeek baby monitor is a great option!

Good quality, picks up sounds really well and has night vision!. Has option to connect to phone so will send you a notification when sound/movement is detected. Wish it came with a detachable clip to attach to the side of the crib though. Feel as though this would make the 5* review.

This monitor does a great job overall — the camera quality is sharp, even in low light, and the sound comes through loud and clear. I love being able to use either the handheld screen or the phone app depending on where I am in the house. The temperature and humidity sensor is surprisingly accurate, and I’ve come to rely on it during naps.My only small complaint is that the mobile app can be a bit slow to load at times. Once connected, though, it’s stable and easy to use. The included screen has strong signal range and doesn’t drop out, even when I’m a few rooms away. It’s a well-rounded, dependable monitor that gives a great sense of security.

The reason I picked up this baby monitor is because it gives you the option to use the included monitor (which is really nice, btw), or the app with your cell phone, or both, if you really want. Myself personally, I like the monitor option and don't really use the cell phone / app option, as I like to have my phone free for things like making phone calls and texts, and it's nice to have the monitor doing its thing while I do mine.The image quality is pretty good, but do note it's only 720p, no glorious 4k here, lol. It's extremely easy to set up and use, and you can literally be "baby browsing" within a few minutes of pulling it out of the box. With the ability to pan and tilt the camera via remote control (using the monitor), you can observe a HUGE swath of the room, and by all means you should be able to cover 95% of most rooms just by sticking this in a corner somewhere.One of the coolest features is that you can put a micro-SD card in this to record those special moments, but you'll have to provide your own card. It takes up to a 128gb card, which is pretty good size. Perhaps order one from their store when you order this camera, so you have both ready to go.I haven't really pushed the battery life too hard, as I leave it plugged in most of the time, only unplugging it when I need to wander somewhere, but so far I haven't had any problems with it working for 10 or 15 minutes unplugged, which is long enough for me personally. It'll probably go much longer; I just haven't stress-tested it.The only thing I took -1 star off was the fact this camera doesn't have an actual power zoom lens, any "zoom" function is done purely digitally, which is to say this isn't REALLY a PTZ camera, but rather a PT camera with digital zoom. Digital zoom isn't REAL zoom, so it shouldn't be claimed as a feature.Other than that, I think this is a really solid value for the money, with a nice crisp picture and lots of options how I use it. Definitely recommended, 4 stars.

This monitor is fantastic, especially when it comes to the quality of the video!The images are incredibly clear, far better than any other monitor I’ve had. There is zero lag, and the alerts come in so quickly, which gives me great peace of mind. I also love the "follow mode," which keeps the camera focused on whoever is in the room. The audio is excellent for both listening and talking too. I wish I had a monitor like this when my daughter was having seizures in her sleep where the motion alerts are excellent as well.While the app and monitor features can be a little confusing to navigate, the performance is so reliable and the video quality is so high that it's the best monitor I've used.

We love this monitor. It is so nice to have it connect to our phones AND have a monitor. Does everything we need it to do. It’s also very easy to unhook and travel with. And very great customer service. We signed up for the two year warranty and The power button on ours broke, and they sent us a new one very quick!

I have now had this IGeek Baby Monitor for 2 weeks. I am extremely impressed with numerous aspects of it. The battery life is good and easily lasts all night, so I can have it near to my bed without having it plugged in. The day and night picture clarity is extremely good, the zoom function is easy to use on both the monitor and the app. The motion detection is accurate and picks up every movement. My oldest child also now uses the 2 way talk function to talk to me from different rooms and at work, which he finds amusing! It also has other interesting features, such as temperature and humidity of the room.The app was easy to set up and simple to use.All in all it is great value for money, with great functionality.I am so impressed that I am looking at purchasing other IGeek Products.

We love this monitor! I spent a lot of time researching fancier brands but a friend recommended this one while it was on sale so we gave it a go. I’ve never had an issue with connectivity/signal. I usually take out dogs outside while baby is napping and the connection to the handheld monitor stays strong in our entire yard. Camera quality is fine - it gets somewhat blurry if I zoom in twice to focus on her face at night. The sensitivity is great and I love that you can adjust the sensitivity. It was easy to set up and the app is user friendly in my opinion.When it first arrived, the portable monitor would not turn on and never seemed to be fully charged. I left it plugged in for over 24 hours and it finally showed as fully charged. You do have to hold down the power button for 10 seconds or so to turn it on. The battery is decent. If I leave the monitor on (even when not in use), it stays charged maybe a day and a half. If I turn it off when not in use, it can last up to 3 days in my experience. Overall, it’s been a good purchase! I also recommend a bendable mount!
